In a word, Dana Tremblay can be described as a connector – of people, of projects and of great ideas. She began her career as a junior high teacher where her project management and negotiation skills were tested and refined. After 6 very rewarding years as an educator, she was offered an opportunity to transition into HR and she has never looked back.
Starting her career at Western Management Consultants in Calgary as a researcher, Dana developed a passion for people being fully actualized in their careers; a trait that has only grown through her 21 years in the executive search and senior recruitment arenas. After launching at WMC, Dana joined Boyden Global Executive Search and fine tuned her client development and recruitment techniques as both the Director of Research and a Senior Associate over a 17 year span. During this time her clients included organizations of all sizes from diverse sectors including manufacturing, telecom, consumer packaged goods, construction and oil and gas production and distribution.

Ralph H. Kilmann, Ph.D., is CEO and Senior Consultant at Kilmann Diagnostics (KD) in Newport Coast, California.
